Tovel is a portable AI recorder and follow-up assistant that captures calls, meetings, interviews, site visits, and everyday conversations, then turns them into transcripts, summaries, decisions, risks, and actionable next steps. Unlike recorders that stop at notes, Tovel is designed to connect conversation intelligence with the work that follows, while keeping the user in control of every outbound action. The Tovel workflow starts with recording through its dedicated device or companion app. It identifies action items such as contacts, leads, opportunities, appointments, tasks, reminders, quotes, and invoice details, then prepares the relevant fields for review. Users can search conversations, ask questions about their recordings, organize information into project knowledge bases, identify speakers, and attach photos, written notes, voice notes, and video notes. Tovel differentiates itself through an approval-first action layer and native business connections. It can prepare approved CRM records, calendar events, meeting links, and other workflows rather than leaving users with a generic task list. Current connections include HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, and AI providers such as OpenAI, with additional integrations in testing or planned. Team controls provide device management, permissions, sync visibility, retention controls, and configurable conversation signals.
