Everest

Everest is an AI scheduling assistant designed for people who manage multiple calendars across work, personal, or client relationships. It connects Google and Outlook calendars and handles scheduling conversations through an assistant email that users explicitly copy on a thread. The product combines calendar synchronization with automated meeting negotiation, booking, rescheduling, and follow up. Users can connect several calendars, view availability in one place, and let Everest propose times to other participants. When a recipient chooses a time, Everest checks availability again before booking and places the event on the appropriate calendar. It can also reschedule or cancel meetings through the same thread and keeps other connected calendars marked busy so separate commitments do not create accidental conflicts. The key difference is its focus on fragmented calendar ownership and explicit user controlled email participation. Everest says it does not read the inbox and only acts on threads where it has been explicitly included. It is currently in Early Access, so availability and future pricing can change. Google and Microsoft Outlook are the launch calendar providers, which may limit teams using other ecosystems.
